Elena’s career was shaped within high-end New York City salons, where precision, discipline, and consistency are
expected at every level. These environments taught her that a salon is not simply a place of transformation, but a
system built on responsibility, teamwork, and respect for craft.

Alongside her salon work, Elena gained backstage experience at New York Fashion Week and London Fashion
Week, working in fast-paced, high-pressure settings where creativity must coexist with flawless execution.
Returning to Malta, Elena opened her first salon in Sliema, quickly gaining recognition for advanced colour work,
precision techniques, and elevated client care. As the brand evolved, she opened her flagship salon in Saint
Julian’s — a larger space offering a complete luxury beauty destination, including hair, medical aesthetics, nails,
and advanced skin treatments.

Today, Elena remains closely involved in the creative direction of the salon, mentoring her team and ensuring that
